有记者提问：据报道，6月30日，美军参谋长联席会议主席米利在美全国新闻俱乐部活动上称，中国希望在未来十年内成为亚洲霸主，并在本世纪中叶实现军力超过美方。中国人民解放军发展军力，计划2027年前统一台湾。美应优化人工智能和量子计算等技术，维持美军决定性优势和战备能力，慑止战争。中方对此有何评论？According to reports, on June 30, the US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley said at an event of the National Press Club that China wants “to be the regional hegemonic in Asia within the next 10 years” and “exceed global US military power by midcentury.” The People’s Liberation Army is developing its military capabilities with a plan of “unification with Taiwan by 2027.” The US should optimize such technologies as artificial intelligence and quantum computing to maintain the US military’s decisive advantage and readiness to deter war.
